This sake brewery has been using buildings from the Edo period since it was established in 1787. There are seven buildings designated as registered tangible cultural properties in Japan in 2002, including the main house, the bottling plants of the late Edo period, an old cellar, and an old preparatory warehouse that was built in 1860, as well as a storehouse built in the Taisho era.
